Practice again. About 2-3 hours in Photoshop... most of the time was spent trying to get the damn colors right. I originally did this all in black and white and then colored on top of it.

Then I went all smudgey on the hair and ruined the painty effect.

I fail.

I decided to give up while I was ahead.

Oh, this was going to be Rinoa Heartilly, because I haven't drawn fanart in ages. But it ended up being Roslin. D:

It's absolutely gorgeous. ^_^ I love the hair; it's the skin that looks like it needs more blending, to me. But then, it's your picture.

And you may have failed at what you meant it to be, but I assure you, it's total win.
